TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR QNB ONLINE BANKING

The Terms and Conditions for QNB Online Banking services ("Terms and Conditions") are an agreement setting out the Terms and Conditions, as well as the applicable rights and obligations related to the use of QNB Online Banking services of Bank as the provider of electronic banking services and other related banking services to the Customer acting on his/her own behalf individually as User / Customer.

DEFINITIONS AND TERMINOLOGY
1. Unless the context determines otherwise, the terms or definitions using capital letters in these Terms and Conditions shall have the following meaning:
2. Bank is PT Bank QNB Indonesia Tbk incorporated under the laws of the state of the Republic of Indonesia, domiciled in South Jakarta, with all branch offices;
3. Transaction Charges is fees charged to User / Customer as further provided for under Article 5 of these Terms and Conditions;
4. Customer Information File(“CIF”) is a file system storing all bank information and Customer data related to the Bank including, among other things, savings accounts, time deposits, checking account (giro) and credit;
5. Contact Center is the unit that handles complaints and / or requests from the User / Customer by telephone and/or Email;
6. Email is electronic media used by the Bank to provide information regarding product, promotion, and process related to QNB Online Banking services to User / Customer;
7. Force Majeure is as intended in Article 12 of these Terms and Conditions;
8. Closing Form for Online Banking is a Form filled out by the Customer who intends to close access to QNB Online Banking service;
9. Online BankingRegistration Form is a Form filled out by the User / Customer at the time of undertaking initial Registration in order to be able to access QNB Online Banking service;
10. Business Days is days on which the Bank is open for operational activities and conducts clearing during working hours, unless such day coincides with a national holiday declared by the government of the Republic of Indonesia;
11. Instruction is an order given by User / Customer to the Bank in connection with the execution of Transaction through QNB Online Banking;
12. Activation Link is a link sent to activate and change QNB Online Banking service, which is sent to active and registered Email in the Bank system. User / Customer checks the Email sent by the Bank in the inbox or "junk". Activation Link can be resent (Resend Activation Link) as request from User / Customer;
13. Send User ID is the process of sending User ID to Email registered in the Bank system. User / Customer checks the Email sent by the Bank in the inbox or "junk";
14. Reset Password is the process of sending a new Password via a link sent to an Email registered with the Bank system. User / Customer check the Email sent by the Bank in the inbox or "junk";
15. Block and Unblock is the process of requesting User / Customer to block or unblock access to QNB Online Banking service;
16. Log In is a situation where the User / Customer has successfully entered into the QNB Online Banking service;
17. Log Out is a situation where the User / Customer has successfully exit into the QNB Online Banking service;
18. Security Question is questions used to verify that the User / Customer accessing QNB Online Banking service is the same User / Customer who has registered in the bank system;
19. Captcha is abstract patterns that form certain letters or numbers that are used by User / Customer to access QNB Online Banking service;
20. Electronic Device is the device used by the User / Customer to access QNB Online Banking service;
21. Customer is an individual who holds an Account at the Bank and holds an Automated Teller Machine (ATM) card;
22. User / Customer is an individual customer who has been registered as the User / Customer of QNB Online Banking;
23. User / Customer ID is identity set up by each User / Customer consisting of a sequence of unique letters and numerals which must be indicated or input at each use of QNB Online Banking service.
24. Password is a personal identification number which is confidential in nature and known exclusively by the User / Customer concerned and which must be input by the User / Customer individual concerned at the time of using QNB Online Banking;
25. Browser is software with the function of receiving and providing information sources on the Internet;
26. Applicable Regulation(s) is all provisions including, but not limited to, applicable laws and regulations with all amendments thereof issued by the authorized government agencies of the Republic of Indonesia;
27. Personal Identification Number (“PIN”) is a sequence of unique digits consisting of letters, numerals or codes of American Standard Code for Information Interchange (ASCII) used to identify the User / Customer ;
28. QNB Online Banking is one among the banking services provided by the Bank to access Account held by User / Customer through the internet network by using Browser in the computer hardware;
29. QPIN is an additional security media functions as token/additional security for activation or Transaction sent by the Bank through Short Messaging Services (SMS) to the Registered Phone number;
30. Account is the number of Savings Account and/or Checking Account (giro) held by User / Customer Customer opened at the Bank and is registered in QNB Online Banking;
31. Registered Phone Number is the number of User / Customer Customer’s cellular phone registered in the Bank’s system;
32. Payment Transaction is every type of access and/or banking transaction determined by the Bank or to be determined by the Bank which can be conducted by using QNB Online Banking;
33. Trojan is a form of malicious software/malware which can damage a system or network;

Interpretation
Unless determined otherwise in these Terms and Conditions:
1. The headings in these Terms and Conditions are not intended for the interpretation of the purposes and objectives of its articles;
2. The use of singular form of words or terms shall include the plural form thereof, and vice versa.

REGISTRATION FOR QNB ONLINE BANKING
1. User / Customer can register for QNB Online Banking through:
  1. Bank’s branch offices
  2. Contact Centers
2. Customer, in order to be able to use QNB Online Banking, is required to read, understand and accept the Terms and Conditions available on the QNB Online Banking website.
3. User / Customer is required to have an email address and functioning Registered Phone Number as a means for sending User / Customer ID, Password and QPIN.
4. Upon completion of registration, User / Customer willbe sent an activation link to active and registered User / Customer email at the Bank. User / Customer check the email sent by the Bank in the inbox or “junk”. Activation Link received by User / Customer has validity period is 24 hours upon sent.
5. After activation, the User / Customer can use the QNB Online Banking service through electronic devices, by accessing https://ib.qnb.co.id and logging in using the User ID and Password created by the Customer Customer during the activation process.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. These Terms and Conditions is applicable to QNB Online Banking, unless determined otherwise based on Terms and Conditions specifically set out in specific terms and conditions which is to be provided for further.
2. The Bank is entitled to amend and/or supplement provisions related to QNB OnlineBanking based on these Terms and Conditions including, among other things, amending and/or supplementing provisions related to the benefits, costs, risks, terms and conditions and/or development or innovation of QNB Online Banking which may be subsequently undertaken by the Bank in the future, with notice to User / Customer Customer by the Bank by no later than 30 (thirty) Business days before the amendment and/or supplementing of QNB Online Banking becomes effective.
3. All agreements and relations between the Bank and User / CustomerCustomer is implemented through QNB Online Banking with due observance of these Terms and Conditions as well as applicable laws and regulations.
4. By using QNB Online Banking and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the User / Customerhereby states that he/she consents and agrees with the Bank bound by these Terms and Conditions, and states that the Bank has provided adequate explanation concerning the features of QNB Online Banking use by the User / Customer and he/she User / Customer comprehends and understands all consequences of using QNB Online Banking including but not limited to the benefits, costs, risks, terms and conditions inherent in QNB Online Banking.

PROVISIONS FOR THE USE OF QNB ONLINE BANKING SERVICE
1. User / Customer can access QNB Online Banking through website: https://ib.qnb.co.id/
2. User / Customer can use QNB Online Banking to obtain User / Customer his/her Account information and/or conduct Transaction.
3. In order to be able to use QNB Online Banking, User / Customer Customer is required to input User / Customer ID, Passwordand Captcha code.
4. The procedure for changing Registered Phone Numberand email address is only implemented for User / Customer who has fulfilled the conditions of verification conducted by the Bank, which is using Data Update (Pengkinian Data) form.
5. Upon prior notice by the Bank to User / Customer within a reasonable time frame, the Bank is entitled to discontinue QNB Online Banking temporarily or for a specific period determined by the Bank for updating, maintenance and/or other purposes for reasons considered appropriate by the Bank.

CHARGES AND EXCHANGE RATES
1. In view of the Transaction conducted by User / Customer, User / Customer is required to pay Transaction Charges (if any) the amount of which shall be determined by the Bank from time to time.
2. Transaction charges can be found in QNB Online Banking website: https://ib.qnb.co.id.
3. User / Customer agrees that the Bank isallowed to, at its own discretion, change, increase and/or withdraw charges charged to User / Customer for the use of QNB Online Banking whereby the Bank shall inform User / Customer on the adjustment in such charges by no later than 30 (thirty) business days before such adjustment in charges is effected.
4. User / Customer hereby authorizes the Bank to debit the User / Customer Customer’s account at the Bank to execute the Transaction as instructed as well as applicable charges according to the User / Customer provisions of paragraph (1) of this Article.

CUSTOMER’S INSTRUCTION
1. For each execution of Transaction, User / Customershall be required to ascertain the accuracy and completeness of Instruction including, but not limited to, ascertaining that all data required for the Transaction has been filled out in a complete and accurate manner. User / Customer is liable for all potential risks caused by negligence, incompleteness, incorrectness, or inaccuracy in the User / Customer’s instruction/data.
2. At each Transaction, User / Customer is tohave the opportunity to recheck and/or cancel data filled out prior to confirming the Transaction. User / Customer’s confirmation is an agreement that the data and Instruction conveyed through QNB Online Banking are correct and it is the User / Customer’s agreement for the Bank to execute such Instruction.
3. After ascertaining the accuracy and completeness of the data filled out, as a sign of agreement for the execution of Transaction, User / Customer is required to input QPIN in the column available on the service feature page of the Transaction concerned.
4. The Bank is toreceive and execute every Instruction by the User / Customer as a valid Instruction based on the use of User / Customer ID and Password, hence User / Customer is required to analyze or investigate the authenticity as well as the validity or authority of the User / Customer based on the use of the User / Customer ID and Password or to assess as well as to prove the accuracy or completeness of the Instruction concerned, and therefore such instruction is valid and duly binding on the User / Customer
5. Any Transaction instructed to the Bank and confirmed by User / Customer cannot be cancelled.
6. The Bank have the right not to execute the User / Customer’s Instruction if there is an insufficient balance in the User / Customer’s Account at the Bank or ifsuch conditions, but not limited to, applies the Account is not active (dormant) or if the Account is imposed with distress or if it is blocked or if the Bank knows or has reason to believe that fraud or a criminal act has or is going to be committed or based on other consideration by the Bank of which the User / Customer will be informed.
7. As evidence that the Transaction instructed by the User / Customer has been successfully executed by the Bank, the User / Customer will receiveTransaction receipt sent by the Bank through media and in form determined by the Bank.
8. User / Customer states that the User / Customer’s Instructions are not contradictory to these Terms and Conditions and prevailing laws and regulations and he/sheis fully liable and hereby states that the Bank shall not provide compensation for losses and/or liability in any form whatsoever to the User / Customer or any party whosoever for any risks and/or claims which may arise from any party whosever related to the implementation of such instruction given by User / Customer.

EVIDENCE
1. User / Customer agrees thatreceipts in the form of records, tape/cartridge, computer printout, photocopy or other forms of information or data storage shall serve as valid evidence of the User / Customer’s Instruction, as well as other means of communication received or sent by the Bank.
2. User / Customer accepts the validity, accuracy or authenticity of the evidence of Instruction and communication transmitted electronically between User / Customer and the Bank, including documents in the form of computer records or evidence of Bank Transaction, tape/cartridge, computer print-out, photocopy or other forms of information storage, and all of such instruments or documents constitute the only valid evidence of Transactions through QNB Online Banking.
3. By conducting Transaction through QNB Online Banking, User / Customer acknowledges that all communication and Instructions from User / Customer received by the Bank shall constitute valid and true instruments of evidence even if not made in the form of written document or issued as a signed document, and User / Customer is hereby prepared to compensate for damages and to release the Bank from all damages, liabilities, claims and costs (including reasonable legal fees) occurring in connection with the implementation of such Instruction.

USER / CUSTOMER ID, PASSWORD, ACTIVATION LINK, QPIN AND CUSTOMER’S OBLIGATIONS
1. User / Customer ID, Password, Activation Link and QPIN are confidential codes and the authorization is on it’s User / Customer.
2. User / Customer is required to secure User / Customer ID, Password, Activation Link,and QPIN, among other things by the following methods:
  1. Do not disclose User / Customer ID, Password, Activation Link, and QPIN to any other party including the Bank’s employees for any purpose/objective whatsoever;
  2. Do not write User / Customer ID, Password, Activation Link, and QPIN on desk, terminal or store it in written form or in computer application or other storage media, which would make it possible to be known by another person;
  3. User / Customer ID, Password, Activation Link, and QPIN must be used carefully so that it is not known to any other person;
  4. Change Password periodically and refrain from creating a Password using numbers/digits which can be easily found out by another person;
  5. Other means to ensure that such User / Customer ID, Password, Activation Link, and QPIN are not misused by other irresponsible parties.
3. User / Customer shall be required not to leave computer in an active position (log-on) after User / Customer has input User / Customer ID and Password in the computer. User / Customer is required to log-out each time he/she leaves his/her computer in order to avoid misuse by another unrelated party.
4. User / Customer shall be responsible for all misuses of User / Customer ID, Password, Activation Link,and User / Customer hereby releases the Bank from all potential claims which may arise from the User / Customer itself or another party as a result of the misuse of User / Customer ID, Password, and QPIN.
5. The use of User / Customer ID and Password will have the same legal force as a written instruction signed by User / Customer, hence User / Customer hereby states that the use of User / Customer ID and Password in each Instruction for QNB Online Banking Transaction shall also constitute authorization of the Bank by User / Customer to conduct the Transaction including but not limited to debiting the Customer’s Account in the context of conducting the instructed Transaction as well as for the payment of Transaction Charges determined by Bank.
6. In the event that User / Customer knows or has reason to believe that the User / Customer ID and Password have become known to another unauthorized person or if the Password has been used for at least three months or during another period of time determined by the Bank, User / Customer is required to secure it promptly by changing the Password.
7. User / Customer may change Password through QNB Online Banking and if the Password is lost or forgotten, User / Customer may reset Password at the nearest branch, QNB Indonesia Contact Center, or conducted independently by the User / Customer through QNB Online Banking website. User / Customer can unblock access to QNB Online Banking services through the nearest branch. Closure of QNB Online Banking must be conducted in written request at the nearest branch.
8. User / Customer ID and Password User / Customer shall be blocked in the event of the following:
  1. User / Customer inputs the wrong Password 3 (three) times at the time of log-in;
  2. User / Customer inputs the wrong QPIN 3 (three) times at the time of conducting Transaction;
  3. There is a request from User / Customer to block the User / Customer ID and/or Password if User / Customer knows or has reason to believe that the User / Customer ID, Password has been disclosed to another person.
9. User / Customer can re-activate the User / Customer IDby contacting the Help Desk of QNB Online Banking or the QNB Indonesia Contact Center or through other media determined by the Bank.
10. Activation Link will be sent to active and registered User / Customer’s email. User / Customer check the email sent by the Bank in inbox or “junk” mail. The activation link is valid for 24 hours from the activation email is sent. If the Activation Link is not received or cannot be used because the validity period has expired, the User / Customer can request to Resend the Activation Link.

AUTHORIZATIONS
1. User / Customer hereby grants full authority to the Bank to debit and/or block his/her Account in accordance with User / Customer’s Instruction related to the use of QNB Online Banking service.
2. In compliance with applicable laws and regulations, User / Customer hereby gives its consent to the Bank to implement transparency of information concerning the Transaction through QNB Online Banking to government agencies of the Republic of Indonesia and/or related authorized institutions. User / Customer hereby releases the Bank from all demands, claims and/or damages related to disclosing information about the Customer to the aforementioned parties.
3. The authorizations provided for under these Terms and Conditions shall be valid authorizations which shall not expire as long as User / Customer continues to obtain QNB Online Banking services or if there are other outstanding obligations by User / Customer to the Bank. These Terms and Conditions shall be fully applicable as solidevidence concerning the granting of such authorizations, thus not requiring a power of attorney from User / Customer.
4. Authorizations granted or included in the Terms and Conditions, Online Banking Registration Form and Formfor Closing Online Banking as well as other documents related to the Transaction through QNB Online Banking services which form an essential and inseparable part of the Terms and Conditions, and it will not be terminated if User / Customer or the party granting authorization is deceased, dissolved, liquidated or for any reason whatsoever and including the reasons for the termination of authorization as provided for in Article 1813, 1814 and Article 1816 of the Civil Code applicable in the Republic of Indonesia, until there is written notice from User / Customer to the Bank concerning the revocation of authorization and such notice must already be received by the Bank by no later than 30 (thirty) working days before such revocation of authorization becomes effective and all of the User / Customer’s obligations to the Bank have been fulfilled.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Not with standing the provisions concerning responsibilities as provided for under these Terms and Conditions:
1. Customer is responsible for all damages, losses, defects, demands or claims against User / Customer or a third party potentially occurring in connection with the Transaction through QNB Online Banking, committed by User / Customer as a result of its own negligence, and User / Customer hereby releases the Bank from all claims, demands and/or damages from any party whosoever related to conducting the Transaction by User / Customer.
2. User / Customer is responsible to ensure the accuracy and validity of Transaction data input, including all data in the Application for Opening Account through QNB Online Banking.
3. User / Customer is responsible and required to report forthwith to the Bank if:
  1. there is a copying of the system used for the purpose of Transaction; or
  2. there is misuse, use and/or change by an unauthorized party.
4. The Bank shall not be responsible to User / Customer for decrease in the value of funds in the Account as a result of charging or deduction or taxes imposed based on Applicable Regulations.
5. All risks potentially arising as a result of negligence and/or misuse and/or disruption related to the conducting of Transaction will befully be the responsibility of User / Customer. User / Customer hereby releases the Bank including, but not limited to the Bank’s Directors, Board of Commissioners as well as employees from all potential demands which may arise, either from another party or the User / Customer itself as a result of negligence and/or misuse and/or disruption related to the Transaction, including but not limited to negligence and/or misuse and/or disruption occurring as result of the following:
  1. delegate the conducting of Transaction through QNB Online Banking to another third party; and/or
  2. inaccuracy infilling out of data related to the Transaction; and/or
  3. negligence/fault in following the Instruction, Procedure and User / Customer guidelines related to the Transaction; and/or
  4. disruption from a virus in the system or related network used for the purpose of Transaction; and/or
  5. damage or loss caused by equipment, software, Browser supplier or by Internet Service Provider(ISP) or their agents; and/or
  6. any disruption by computer virus or Trojan, Worm or other dangerous program which can affectthe QNB Online Banking service, the Browser or computer system of the Bank, Customer or ISP; and/or
  7. unauthorized use of ISP; and/or
  8. misuse of Passwordby User / Customer or any third party whosoever; and/or
  9. false information whenconveying the Instruction to User / Customer; and/or
  10. User / Customer’s negligence in following the Instruction, Procedure and guidelines for the use of QNB Online Banking service; and/or
  11. damage to the hardware and software of the cellular operator as well as the operator of other related media used for the; and/or
  12. loss of hardware used to receive SMS QPIN as well as to access QNB Online Banking such as smartphone,telephone, tablet, laptop or computer; and/or
  13. delay in the process of transferring funds related to the Transaction caused by matters beyond the Bank’s control; and/or
  14. all direct or indirect damages or other causes as a result of the negligence or fault of User / Customer or any other party related to the use of QNB Online Banking.

TERMINATION OF QNB ONLINE BANKING SERVICE
1. User / Customer agrees that Bank is entitled to terminate at any time QNB Online Banking either all or a portion of the services provided in the QNB Online Banking system temporarily or for a specific period of time determined by the Bank, including but not limited to the following:
  1. there is an obligation for the Bank to undertake a mandatory measure as required in an Applicable Regulation; or
  2. there is a stipulation and/or Applicable Regulation which prohibits the conducting and/or use of service through internet and/or similar and/or equivalent to the same; or
  3. according to the Bank’s consideration there is indication of misuse of QNB Online Banking or indication of other violation of the law; or
  4. there is a disruption of the Bank’s system or network which causes the Bank to make a decision to terminate a portion of or the entire service in QNB Online Banking; or
  5. there are indications that the network is used for crime or activities for the purpose of breaking the law; or
  6. for the purpose of updating, maintenance or other purposes based on any reason considered as appropriate by the Bank.
2. In view of such termination or suspension of QNB Online Banking, the Bank shall notify User / Customer through notification/announcement media commonly used by the Bank for such purpose, or electronic banking media which is easily accessible by User / Customer.
3. The use of QNB Online Banking can be terminated under several conditions conveyed by User / Customer, among other things as follows:
  1. User / Customer closes all Accounts which can be accessed through QNB Online Banking or at User / Customer Customer’s own request; or
  2. there is a written report stated byUser / Customer received by the Bank that an unauthorized party is alleged to have knowledge or has knowledge of the User / Customer ID, Password, Activation Link, and QPIN; or
  3. there is a written request by User / Customer to the Bank to halt the QNB Online Banking service.
4. In connection with the above mentioned termination of QNB Online Banking, User / Customer agrees to release the Bank from all demands as well as damages potentially occurring as a result of the termination and/or suspension of all or a portion of the features in QNB Online Banking.

FORCE MAJEURE
1. Customer consents and agrees with the Bank that the following events or causes beyond the Bank’s power or control shall be events of Force Majeure including but not limited to computer network disruption, computer virus disruption or Trojan or malicious component which can interrupt QNB Online Banking, the network, Browser or computer system of the Bank, User / Customer, or Internet Service Provider, natural disaster, war, riot, condition of equipment, non-functioning of system or transmission, disruption of electricity, disruption of telecommunication, government policy, as well as other events or causes beyond the Bank’s power or control
2. In the event that the Bank does not or is late in implementing the Instruction either partially or in its entirety due to the occurrence of a Force Majeureas intended in paragraph (1) of this Article, Customer shall hereby release the Bank from all risks, responsibilities and demands whatsoever from Customer as well as another third party which may occur due to the delay or non-implementation of Instruction as a result of Force Majeure.

HANDLING OF COMPLAINTS/REPORTS
1. If there are questions and/or complaints/reports related to the Transaction conducted, User / Customer can submit complaints either in writing to the Bank’s branch and/or verbally through QNB Indonesia Contact Center (+62 21) 300 55 300 and/or written through Contact.Center@qnb.co.id in compliance with the reporting requirements and procedure stipulated by the Bank.
2. Complaints or disputes can only be submitted within 7 (seven) business days from the date on which the Transaction is conducted.
3. In the event that a written complaint is filed, User / Customer shall be required to attach evidence of the transaction in the form of photocopies as well as other evidence to support the complaint in compliance with the requirements stipulated by the Bank.
4. The Bank shall conduct examination/investigation of User / Customer’s complaint in accordance with the policy and Procedure applicable at the Bank.

NOTICES
Notwithstanding the provisions concerning notices from the Bank to User / Customer as provided in these Terms and Conditions, any notice on change and/or supplement related to the change and/or supplementing the provisions of these Terms and Conditions including but not limited to benefits, costs, risks and Terms and Conditions or development or innovation of QNB Online Banking as provided for under these Terms and Conditions is conducted through the following:
1. Announcement displayed at the branch;
2. Brochure, monthly report and/or table of charges;
3. Announced through QNB Online Banking website: https://ib.qnb.co.id/
4. Announced through print or electronic media; and/or
5. Other media to be determined subsequently.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
1. The validity, interpretation and implementation of these Terms and Conditions is subject to laws and regulations applicable in the state of the Republic of Indonesia.
2. In the event of a dispute, User / Customeragrees to resolve it through deliberation for consensus, failing which the Bank and User / Customer agree to select as permanent and general legal domicile at the Registrar’s Office at the place of the Bank which provides QNB Online Banking service. Without prejudice to the Bank’s right and authority to file legal demand/claim in other courts in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia.
3. Every dispute or difference of opinion which cannot be resolved amicably and through the court, such dispute or difference of opinion shall be resolved through Alternative Dispute Resolution Institution (LAPS) including but not limited to the Indonesian Alternative Dispute Resolution Institution for the Banking Sector (LAPSPI).

THE PREVAILING LANGUAGE
1. These Terms and Conditions have been drawn up in the Indonesian language [Bahasa Indonesia] and the English language. In the event that a difference of opinion or interpretation arises between the Indonesian language version and the English language version, the Indonesian language version shall prevail.
2. User / Customerhereby understands and agrees that unless determined otherwise by the Bank, these Terms and Conditions along with documents related to these Terms and Conditions are drawn up in the Indonesian language and/or the English language. In the event that there is conflict between the Indonesian language and the English language, only the Indonesian language shall prevail against all translations thereof, in the composition, interpretation as well as implementation thereof.

MISCELLANEOUS
1. In addition to evidence of Transaction in the form of Transaction number on Transaction page of QNB Online Banking website, the evidence of Instruction that User / Customer through QNB Online Banking is transactions recorded in the bank statement if printed.
2. These Terms and Conditions are subject to and form an integral and inseparable part of the Application for Opening Bank Account, the General Terms and Conditions for Opening Bank Account signed by User / Customer Customer.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, User / Customer agrees and consents to bind itself to these Terms and Conditions as well as other provisions lain as provided for in Applicable Regulations.

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HAVE BEEN ADJUSTED TO THE PROVISIONS OF LAWS AND REGULATIONS INCLUDING THE PROVISIONS OF FINANCIAL SERVICES AUTHORITY [OJK] REGULATIONS
